As the story unfolds, it is revealed that Kim Soo-hyun was raised by Pavel, a European hitman who spared him as a child and raised him as his own. The main cast includes Jang Ki-yong as Kim Soo-hyun and Nana as Do Hyun-jin, supported by a talented ensemble portraying various characters connected to their lives and investigations.
Despite its gripping storyline and strong performances, "Kill It" faced controversy during production due to issues with the production company. Originally planned to be produced by BaramiBunda Inc., the series faced delays and changes in production teams due to allegations of embezzlement against the company's CEO. Eventually, Studio Dragon and Crave Works took over production duties.
