Plot Synopsis

Eun-Soo (Jeon So-Nee) works as a sales associate at a luxury goods retailer within a prestigious department store. Behind her polished demeanor, she carries deep emotional scars from a traumatic experience during her childhood. Her close friend, Hee-Soo (Lee Yoo-Mi), shares a similarly painful past and faces a dire present. Once a promising children’s book writer, Hee-Soo’s dreams have been crushed under the weight of her abusive marriage to Jin-Pyo (Jang Seung-Jo).

Hee-Soo’s daily life is nothing short of a nightmare as she endures constant violence at the hands of her husband. Desperate to help her friend escape the torment, Eun-Soo makes a drastic decision: to kill Jin-Pyo. Together, the two women meticulously plan his demise in a desperate bid for freedom.

Their plan, however, catches the attention of Jin So-Baek (Lee Mu-Saeng), the enigmatic CEO of Jingang Firm. Surprisingly, he decides to intervene and offers his assistance, becoming a staunch supporter of their mission. His motives, however, remain shrouded in mystery.
