Synopsis

Undercover High School follows Jung Hae-sung (Seo Kang-joon), an NIS agent who suffers a demotion after a failed mission. He is assigned a secret task: to find the missing gold bars of Emperor Gojong by going undercover as a high school student at Byeongmun High School.

At school, Hae-sung encounters Oh Soo-ah (Jin Ki-joo), a dedicated Korean history teacher who notices eerie similarities between Hae-sung and her first love—someone who left her with painful memories. As Hae-sung balances his covert mission with the challenges of high school life, a complicated connection develops between him and Soo-ah, blurring lines between duty and personal feelings.
